Elementary School Registration form for schools participating in the 2024 Choral Celebration. This form must be completed by each school after notification of acceptance. Completed forms are due by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, October 31, 2023

The 2024 Choral Celebration performances will be video recorded for distribution to participating schools.
